A customer persona describes a person that might be in the target audience of the product. These do not have to be real personas but rather fictional ones.
This can be useful to stop forgetting about some essential product requirements that might not be thought of until now.

In this case, a customer persona might be:

- Frustrations: Is annoyed that he needs Instagram to find events
