Overview
Target audiences describe a set of potential customers (private persons or companies) that might have an interest of a certain product.
Examples
The target audience for musical instruments are musicians, hobbyists, teachers and maybe even researchers. Persons with an interest in hiking cannot be considered to be part of the target audience for musical instruments.
